Building a Wordpress Responsive Website for Company

Project Details 1) Build a New WordPress website based on the theme which will be provided. 2) Tweak and add new menus based on my requirements 3) Add new look and feel to the website 4) tweaking existing plugins to accomplish desired results. 5) Website should be completely built on the responsive theme to allow the end user to be able to tweak it or make changes from the backend with minimal assistance. 6) 2 weeks support after the completion of the project to allow us to be able to communicate any modifications. 7) Ensure the website is completely complainant with all international web standards. (includes - tags, CSS codes, Meta, Titles, Image optimization etc) 8) Add required features which I would want on the new website (RSS feed aggregate, contact us forms, landing page etc) Please contact me with a detailed quote along with details of your prior work so I can review the same for consideration. Working on a limited budget so only feasible quotes will be considered. I have more than 10 web projects (all for the same organization - ex company blog site etc) in the pipeline and this would be my first time working with any freelancer and would also invite quotes for fixed monthly AMC fee so we can have a long term relationship.
