Create a sort of "Intranet", website

Hello to everyone. I have a project for one of my clients. The client, is renting appartements. So he needs a website, for him to better manage searching and renting appartements. In this website, functionaliity is different from generally booking websites. 1) The clients, ask to my client for an appartement. They tell her the properties (placement, nr of persons, nr of rooms, etc ...), and they give her a "budget". 2) He has to enter on the website, and use "filters", in order to view only websites who: - are free in the requested period - are within budget - have requested parameters... 3) Once he has seen all remaining propositions, he has to give the links of these appartements to his clients. ATTENTION: The client should be able to see ONLY the appartement, for which we are giving the links. Not the others one. For each appartement (approximately 200 totally), there must be a "presentative" page, with photos, adress, information.
