Customising a Joomla template website

Here is the website: [login to view URL] And here are a few things I need help with: 1) Down the bottom, on the left is an article called "Wedding Clip". I would like it so the clip pops out from website in a smaller video player and plays straight away (rather than going to another website and playing the clip full screen). 2) I want to create a new page with just the top article on this page [login to view URL] I would like to insert 3 pictures into that article and when people can click on an image it appears in that large frame just to the right. I also want the same title and text on the right (where Wedding Ceremony / Sand Glass is) to remain still as people click through the various images. This new page with this article will be directed from each of the 9 locations (so 9 new pages with the same sand glass article). So someone clicks on Piha, in locations, and this new page will open and more photos and information will be there. 3) I would also like to create new pages with the bottom article "Recommended Items" at [login to view URL] All three tasks need to be finished within 3 days.
