Design of a marketing flyer

I need a designer to create and output to a high resolution pdf file such that a printer can print these "marketing flyers". The item will be in the form of a spoof / replica cheque (see example of a cheque attached! But it doesn't need to be a replica of that - it needs to look sufficiently "official" to be eye catching and to have some kind of detailed background pattern as per most cheques). The Bank will be a made up name, probably "Professionals Bank" Dummy cheque number / sort code ie 12-34-56 Account No 12345678 And need to have text in the form of handwritting in the sections describing who to pay, ammount in words and numerals (which I'll specify). The idea is that our service saves customers lots of money and so we are marketing it by handing out cheques. The reverse side will just have some simple text again in the form of handwriting. I'd like the handwriting to be genuinely like handwriting, not just a "script" type font. Envisage the printed size circa 16cm wide by 10 cm high.
