Alter some Images

I need a graphic designer for some simple task`s. I will post some of the work that I need and if everything goes well I will assign more work to you. 1) I need 3 High Definition banners with the following characteristics: a) 1 Blue, 1 Green and 1 Orange (You can find the exact colors in the Logo I will provide). b) The size of the banners will be 1920 W × 335 H c) The 3 banners should be the same, the only difference will be the color. d) It should have some simple gradient effect, like in the Logo I will provide. 2) I have a Cartoon Character in .eps format, but I will like to make some adjustments. a) I attached how the character looks currently ([login to view URL]) and what I want to change ([login to view URL]). - I want to change the color of the hair to a darker brown hair - The color of the shirt make it black - Sunglasess make it black In the propose character I try to change the colors but the effects were lost and it does not look very nice, here is where I need the graphic designer to make it look awesome. b) Also I will like to incorporate the Logo of the company in the Cartoon Character Shirt. c) Finally, when I generate a png file from the .eps file you can see there is a with box next to the cartoon character, If I remove it then I can see whats behind the white box but I want to delete that and make it transparent because I will add that image to another image later. So In other words the box must be transparent and the shapes behind it should be remove. NOTE: All files should be deliver in .ai format. Send me some work you have done related to what I need.
