This is pretty straightforward. I'm looking for someone to create a title screen for my app in a very pixellated style (think flappy bird). There would be some text, a very plain and simple underwater backdrop, and the main character on the screen (a fish) looking at the user.
There is other very basic artwork in the same style that I would ask from the artist if this goes well.
