Book Cover Design - I need some Graphic Design for a book cover

Looking for a final book cover that will require some image manipulation of stock photos. The final image will need to be a photoshop CS6 file with all the layers for each of the images editable. The concept has a sail boat sailing on calm waters with a storm approaching from behind. The final picture will require a cloudy but beautiful sky, the sail boat will need to be prominent in the picture. The color scheme will need to have deep blues, variant colors of grey, some black and small amount of red in the photo to draw the readers attention to the cover. More details and photos can be provided if needed to the selected freelancer.
