Cartoon Football tile for website

I need a set of two tiles for a website. The tiles will go on this site: [login to view URL] They are for the image slideshow on the left of the page I need one large one and one smaller thumbnail version of the same image. The tile will be advertising our football (american) league. Our website is here: [login to view URL] The size of the images are 337x274 and 114x61 The image should be cartoon like with our mascot in it. The mascot should be very active, not standing still. Maybe he can be diving into the foreground making a touchdown or running with the football into the foreground. I have multiple images of the mascot that you can use as reference and I've attached some of those to see examples of past work. The image will need to have our logo in it somewhere. The image should be crisp, like in the examples attached. I would like to see some sketches before you draw the final in illustrator. Some black & white sketches would be good and then when we decide on a style we can make the final in illustrator. The final image must be done in illustrator or photoshop.
