I am looking for someone to design 10 totally different lead capture/email opt-in boxes. They should be different sizes as well as designs. They must be visually attractive and professional if they are to make the cut. To get an idea of the kinds of boxes I'm talking about check this page: [login to view URL] I don't want the boxes on that page "duplicated"...they are just examples of the type of thing I'm seeking. I'm not specifying exactly what I want each box to look like because I want a designer who can rely on their experience and creativity to wow me with what they come up with. They must be delivered as multi-layer PSD files. Each opt-in box should a be delivered in a single field (name), two field (name and email address) option. That will be a total of 16 files.
