Design of the UI and icons of a mobile app - repost

I need the design of the UI and some icons of my application called "Like Him Or Not". The target group is teenaged girls, who will be able to enter the pros and cons for a boy/person and keep track of them. I will need several small icons (maybe 80x80 pixels) describing different type of boys (a boy with a laptop, with a ball, with a skateboard, with a big smile, dull faced..). I will also need a main icon for the app in 4 sizes - 57 x 57 pixels, 114 x 114 pixels, 72 x 72 pixels, 144 x 144 pixels. You can see what I've done by now, but maybe I should add some cool pictures or change some of the others.
