After Effects template for Power Point style presentation

I need to have someone design a really nice graphic in After Effects that has movement and is loopable. It needs to have a place for a title and a place for text. Please see sample template for an idea of the format. I want something really nice that is modern and has subtle, smooth movement. It needs to match the colors in the [login to view URL] attached. It can have colors that are not in the sample but needs to fit with the sample. It needs to be an original design. Please send me samples of similar work or create a mock up for my to evaluate. My budget is $30-$50.
