Create a Video / Presentation

I would like to create a short video presentation to be displayed at an event. It will need to use our company logo and incorporate these colours throughout with some text and approx. 3 photos. I'm not very technical in this area so I will describe as best I can. I would like some movement/zooming in out with photos also some design of the background so that it doesn't just look like a flat presentation. This will be then played on a loop. No audio. I will need this completed within 24 -48 hrs max.
I've attached two versions of our company logo. Either can be used provided it fits with the background/colours used throughout. I've also attached the images to be used. Text to be confirmed.
I would appreciate if you have fluency in English.
I should add what i'm thinking of is a very simple job for someone with the skills in this area. I'm thinking max 2-4 page presentation/video
