Design my BPO setup

Please find attached my building layout, Total 1117.42 Sq. Metres, the Image is not so clear, but I need a design, which must inlude 100 systems lab, Server Room, Conference Room, Training Centre, Panty, Smaller meeting joints, Rececption. Prefer a designer with knowledge on Indian BPO setup. Priority will be given to experienced individual or companies, who have dont similar work. Show me your sample work, do not send messages like, " WE CAN START!", "LETS DO IT", send me clear and detailed info, if you feel the space is too small for 100 physical systems, please provide suggestions.
