We need ONE simple change with our Weebly hosted website. We would like our phone number to show in the upper right hand corner of the site with a phone image (color matching) above the navigation menu and we would like the header bar to stop shrinking when you scroll down the page. This needs to NOT affect our iframes (we fixed it but then the scroll bar stopped working.) This is a quick 5-10 minute job for a skilled designer familiar with the Weebly platform.
