Attractive one page website (logo plus email registration)

I would like a single web page and allows users to pre-register their interest in the website once it is open. If your design is good I will also get you to do the main website too. Budget is $30 if you use my graphics and $60 if you can make better renderings (versions) with your own skills. The page should work well on web browsers, high res ('retina') displays and low res displays and mobile devices, so simple layout (background and info box) It is an incredibly simple job but I would like it to look GREAT, so design and simplicity is important. Part 1 - brainstorm on Skype - I send you icons, logo etc I have already. You do a few background options, renderings and design it in as it would look on low res, high res and mobile browser. This can just be a bitmap, not HTML. Maybe a few options of backgrounds, styles, colours Part 2 (ex - create HTML (simple!) and Javascript - also easy. I have a logo and a couple of attractive backgrounds but you help choosing rendering the logo onto a background, or making the whole thing more interesting is required here. Intro page * large image of logo on attractive background. Image should scale nicely on retina (high res/mac) screens as well as lower res. * background image/rendering should look professional but not too unfriendly/cold * a few lines of information on upcoming service - box for you to enter your email address to be notified * box goes green when a valid email address is entered. * box for email is large with rounded edges and goes green when email address is validated * Social media icons (links, e.g. a FB icon, Twitter, G+) to link to each social media presence => Confirmation message (Javascript) * appears once the user has pressed enter on their email and brings up fields that allows them to optionally add other info. "Optional" should be placed nearby in a subtle way. * Thank you for registering (maybe a small attractive image or change) * Fields presented for optional info: Name, Message to us: "Why interested, your involvement, job", Location, Twitter ID, Facebook link, G+ link, website * Each field saves/updates when finished or field loses focus * Social media links to our service stay on the page always and open in new window * Ajax/Javascript call end-point stores details in Postgres database - just one table, e.g. date, email, twitter, g+, fb, pinterest etc etc For future work it would be useful if you know about graphing libraries and analytics dashboards using Javascript. I have Linux skills and DB skills so can help with deployment and setup of DB calls.
