Hello, I'd like to help you with this project. I would use python with django framework for it. It has an app for LDAP authentication. As for cython, I would say it makes sense to use it only for specific cases i.e. if you write some number-crunching code. For webapp, typically DB access becomes the bottleneck, so it's not worth the troube even if it's possible. One thing that you haven't asked for, but I would suggest being a programmer myself - add some form of syntax highlighting - pygments or highlight.js. It's not related to text highlighting that you've mentioned. I guess it's better to display file diff's for finding changes as well. I've done that before for one project, have existing code if you'll want this feature. Best regards, Stas
