Hello, I am looking for some one who can help me on my website css to look it better. I want responsive web design this time. Please note my site is built with asp.net. i donot want use of java script. its simple site. and will kepp it that way. css must be in one stylesheet. i would not mind few use of inline css. i don't mind working with new freelancer if its reduce my budget. but will not create milestone for new one unless i am convinced about his/her ability to complete the project. more details later...
