Design a Mailchimp html template

Hi This is a simple HTML design job. I have a Mailchimp HTML template set up already. I require a 'tweaked' version. See attached sketch of what I would like. See attached pdf of current template. See attached new button style that I would like for the body of the template. See attached screen grab of new green button for the header 1. I want to keep the header and the footer. 2. I want a different green button in the header. This button links to our [login to view URL] button should be inside the header, not justified at the button like the current button. 3. I want the whole of the inside of the box to be editable i.e. - simple text editor. No image boxes, just a simple white, editable space for paragraphs of copy. 4. I want two buttons to be placed inside the box. Ideally these could be dragged to position somewhere within the box. If they have to be static then they should be at the bottom, before the footer. On the attached sketch i have made two text boxes - perhaps that allows me to drag the two buttons between the text boxes if I wish? That would be a good solution. 5. The two buttons link to sections of my website. 6. One button is attached - Jargon Buster - but needs a green small button under 'A-Z' saying 'Read Here'. 7. The other button should be same style saying : Directory of WEALTH MANAGERS in the UK With green button at the bottom saying 'View Here' 8. I must be able to send out the mail chimp campaigns (with this template) with an attachment. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this project, I think that should be easy to do on Mailchimp. That's it. I can give you access to my account. I need this done in the next 3 days maximum.
