Design a Website Mockup

We have a number of projects being created by our programmer. They are all websites and this is a beginning business. Our first project is just about done and should be released this year. A lot of the design work has been done too, but our designer unfortunately moved to the south. We would meet 1-3 times a month, all other work is done on your own. The pay will be per/job and you will be set as a contractor. However with many projects down the road we will end up hiring someone as a partner(sharing in profits) to then manage other designers, when it gets to that point. The designer that will be helping us will have to know html/css/browser compatibility/ java....... If you already know the short hand Haml for html it is a plus. You will also need a 64 bit linux or apple laptop. Also if you know ruby on rails it is another plus. We are based in Pittsburgh, but will consider hiring abroad as long as you can Google Hangout for meetings.
