To start, we need a freelancer who can clone, or copy this website [login to view URL] with exact same pictures, and pricing to start however once complete, we must have the capability of modifying the some pictures (header) wording and pricing but the design, etc will remain. Of course we will have other requirements as things come up, but for now this is the challenge. We want 1 freelancer ... NO TEAMS ... and references we can contact. We were forced to commit to a price range, but want a quote that is a FAIR pricing for this task
