Design a mobile friendly Website template

I'm looking for an talented and experienced designer to finalise the template for an website (including template for mobile devices). The page/menu layout/structure will be given (e.g. similar to [login to view URL] (or [login to view URL] for mobile devices). Your job is: + redesign the given example web to dark red color theme. This means changing the color of buttons, menu, icons (max 30), background, redesign the banners (max 10) in the slider to match the new theme etc. Also the redesign includes the customer self-care area (basically same as the web with one more menu). This redesign also concern the web for mobile devices. + Put the new design into ASP master pages preferably, or HTML is also OK (including pages for mobile devices) + Design a logo (in illustrator): We need the logo to contain the letter V, otherwise use are free to use your imagination to make the logo meaningfully represent a GSM operator. + The template must be responsive. Can not afford to take ages to load! Required skills :  HTML, CSS, Jquery, illustrator, photoshop Project Output :  ASP.NET Master pages or HTML templates including ones for mobile devices with recolored / redesigned buttons, sliders, menu, background etc. as described above.
