Complex 2D webgame (with graphics and sound) in Unity3D according to a detailed script in English - repost

Read the description carefully and then bid reasonably. I need someone to create a rather complex 2D website game according to a very detailed game script (written in English). The game is a typical economic simulator similar to such titles as Capitalism 2 or Tycoon series. It has an isometric view and 2D graphics. Of course the graphics and sound have to be design as well. The game script has a game loop described and all features. This is a job for someone experience in Unity3D and in game development. Preferably excellent English speaker (as the script is in English). The game is to be develop in 3-4 months. I guarantee the constant cooperation (e. g. consultations) with a programmer during the process of coding the game so the final outcome will be close to the one I imagined. This game will be a part of a website and possibly will be strongly developed in future. It means that its source code should be easy to develop as well. By a "web game" I mean a single player game on an internet browser platform but including things like a score table, chat etc.
