Add Login function, paypal , and YouTube API

I need these pages added/editing with the following functions:

When the user clicks the 'pay' button, it will take them to paypal to make a payment. When the transaction is completed, paypal will ping my server then my server to should send an automated email to the purchaser. The email will include the transaction number created by paypal, and a link to the login page.
After paypal payment page is completed it should auto redirect user to registration page.
This page must also be responsive using bootstrap.

user enters transaction number, enters email, and creates password. Save details to the database.
It should check if transaction number or email has already been used.
After registration is done, it should go to the ebook page.

Create a database for user login info. The user table should include: transaction number, email, and password.

User enters their email. Check if the email is in the database and then send an email with a link to the page where they can reset their password. The link should be a unique URL that links to that emails acount in the database.

User will click on link in the email to get to this page.
User enter new password. Save new password to database.
After the user enters new password, it should take them to the login page.

When user clicks on 'subscribe' button, it will initiate youtube permission process. You can find the exact script that will be linked to the 'subscribe' button that you will be using here: [login to view URL]
The script will initiate the permission process and it will ask user for permission. After the user gives permission, It should check first if user is already subscribed to the specified youtube channel. If already subscribed then it will take them to ebook page. If not yet subscribed, it will subscribe the user to the specified youtube channel, then take them to ebook page.
