Add cropping function for our upload image process

I have an ASP CLASSIC application that one section allows user to upload 2 images. We have an upload process that works great but now the client want the user to be able to crop their image if they need to as part of that process. Not everyone will need to but needs to be an option. We have a set size for the images 1.25 x 1.5 and the other is 0.667 x 1.5 wide. We recommend that the images be 300dpi but not everyone has that available so we deal with different resolutions - but we want the resulting image to be the same as what was uploaded. We have ASP JPEG - [login to view URL] installed on the server so that is an option if that works. Optimally we would like a window and the uploaded image behind the window and they can move either the image or the window and the window would be the exact size of the needed image based on the image they uploaded so the resulting image would be exactly the right size.
