Hello, could get you this. Usually using inkscape and in vector .svg format. The file can be saved using emf and then loaded into ppt. There is problem when it comes to those texts that go round around circle. Have not tried how it will work in pp. The edit can be surely done in Inkscape. Also would like to know how close the second image need to be created. If its for changing the text seen in those images, then an easier way is to add a white background over the text and then create the text over it. This is because of the tight time schedule you mentioned. Awaiting your response. Thank you.
