Alter some Images

I have a vector file of a design that I need simplified for the purposes of making a soft enamel pin (badge). I have uploaded the design to this project. I have been told that my design has too many fine shading lines, so I need these to be removed from the vector file and I need some of the shapes to be redefined with contour lines. These shapes include the chests, belly buttons and nipples. Some other contour lines will need to be thickened slightly (eg. some of the fingers, toes, ear, top lip). Note, while some of these lines need to be thickened subtly, I don't want them to be nearly as thick as the outline. Also as the character is a baby, the chest needs to be subtly defined with partial lines, so they don't look like breasts or pectoral muscles. All key features, such as facial features must be left intact. This is a very simple project! Please show me examples of your design work, such as logos, etc. A lot of experience with Indesign is very important!
