Android application Controlled from Back-end

I want a simple survey system, create the client as an android app to run on a tablet and a MySQL database with WordPress Back-end for management. Client. -- First login to know which account is been used to collect data. -- 3 Options to choose service 1. Feedback Questions 2. Complaint 3. Suggestion -- if choose option 1 -----List all questions setup at the back-end one by one, display next question after receiving answer. ---- After all question have been answered, thank client for using the system and ask if they need to make a suggestion / complaint -- if choose option 2 ---- Display a textbox where the client can type their complaint, after submit ask them if they will like to be contacted and give form to fill contact information ---- After that as if they will like to suggest anything. -- if choose option 3 ---- Display a textbox where the client can type their suggestion, after submit ask them if they will like to be contacted and give form to fill contact information Back-end -- Hosted WordPress back-end. (website design Project coming soon) -- User Accounts managed --- User logs in to see all data analysis that is collected through his account --- Questions analyzed one by one as per feedback received; using pie chart and bar chart and totaling the number and percentages. --- For complaints and suggestion make a button to respond to it, respond should also be send to client if left email address/cellphone (email/SMS); and report generated weekly and monthly. --- Blocked users cannot login to the client app --- Analysis report sent to client email as PDF every day, week and month. --- Only Administrator have account management feature. --- Clients can only modify client information and see the analysis , complaints, suggestion Suggestion view [login to view URL] for more understand of the project.
