Basketball Dunk Art

I have a specific pose I want to be re-drawn for the back of a t-shirt. I need someone to take the photo shown and do the following: 1) Take the crowd and background out, leaving just the player in the dunking position, and the rim. 2) Make the player into a nice action line art picture. Using color is ok. 3) No face or generic face on player. I need art in vector (EPS).
