Build Custom PHP Website

Hi, We need someone to put a website which is currently built in HTML in to a custom PHP built website. The domain is [login to view URL] It will need some additional features implementing outside of the HTML which consists of: - Login functionality - There is a sign up form which consists of GoCardless integration which needs implementing, once submitted the contents will be emailed to a specific email address - Blog functionality - Once a user has signed up they will be sent a username (which is there email) and generated password to login - They will login to a dashboard which for the time being will only be the 'account' tab and no other dashboard tabs will be available as these will be developers separately ([login to view URL]) - The dashboard requires designing as this is the only page which is not coded in HTML / CSS - In their dashboard, when they see their 'account' tab it will contain all the information shown in the design, the rest of the tabs in the dashboard 'messages / documents / dashboard' will not be needed at this stage and can be left out - When a user selects 'find out more' under a plan on the homepage it will take them to this page [login to view URL] where they select their plan and are taken to the sign up page, where the plan is automatically selected during the sign up process but they can also (if they wish) select a different plan instead. Once they sign up via GoCardless the initial amount is taken from their account then they are billed monthly thereafter - Aspects of the 'register / sign up form' will also need to be coded in HTML / CSS however we have created the template so this should be very easy This is the functionality we need for the time being. There will be a complex dashboard which consists of Google analytics / messaging interface and other information however this is not needed for this stage of the build.
