Build an IDLE RPG Game - WebBased

I'm looking for someone to build me a game for me. The game I want is fairly simple, it's text/web based. I'm looking for an idle RPG game. I'd like members to be able to sign up, I want a level system (get experience from:) battle system, market to trade items with other players, auction system for me to auction off items or p2p packages. I'll need the following: Website design Landing page Registration/login Game screen(probably JS) Chat system right below game screen) Character screen (Shows Username, level, total monster kills, total days since registered) also want usernames in the chat to link to that persons character screen. Need a battle system with monsters, each monster to have a level and the attack/defends and HP to be relative to level Need a loot drop system, need the monsters to drop gold, premium currency and gems Also want a global loot system(a player can find a cache of gold, currency or gems with a lot of each, and even rarer to find a cache that is shared between all online players) Trade system for players to trade items Need a p2pshop where players can buy premium currency Need a double xp system to allow players to buy double xp time Private message system in chat Players Online displayed at top right Admin control panel with as many options as possible (ban, kick (log a player out) mute a player in chat, give player items/gold, take players items gold, reset a player, start a global double xp hour etc etc. Also need a mod panel with just kick, mute and ban I'm also probably missing a few things, I have a couple of games here as examples so PM me ASAP.
