Build a Music Website in custom Laravel

Hello, I have been trying to find a developer to finish this project for almost a year now. I have already awarded two developers on freelancer and they failed to complete this job, please don’t bid if you’re not sure or don’t know much about this project. This is a Music website with Home and 5 other pages also has 5 inner pages. I have all of them PSD files expect two inner pages the designer for some reason didn’t send them yet to me but they are like 30 minutes work of your time. I would like this project to be finished in custom Laravel php. The home page is attached here so you can see a bit what you’ll need to do, please request the other pages and more information on your bid or I will send them only to the ones that catches my eye. I will not create more than one milestone for this project you’ll get all the money when the project is tested.
