Build a Real Estate Website
$15-25 USD / hour
The developer MUST be located in the US. No developers outside of the US will be considered. Ideally, the developer should reside in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.
The project will consist of sub-projects of increasing complexity. The first sub-project (milestone) will just be the creation of the required pages. Functionality and logic will be added in each additional sub-project (milestone). Payment will be made at the end of every sub-project (milestone). The developer will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the project requirements.
