hi i see what you are looking for here. the idea seems to have a localized but premium kind of social network, focusing Australia for the moment, but ensuring to have people with correct personal details through the verification check like paypal etc. obviously this will let only the quality information prevail, and will increase reliability factor of the network. i can built this from ground up completely customized and not using any third party systems, as well as have it done with our in-house team instead of outsourcing to some one else, i shall be your primary and focal contact on this and am ready to work long term on this. how much time do you have for this? regards, adnan
