Layout: should be simple and easy to browse It will have 5 tabs at the top n side 1st tab- Home- : briefly say abt the target of the website and how it operates (I.e. competition and pay outs system) And announcements. Below showing the most liked videos. 2nd tab) -current week competition videos- With search option for most liked. Most comment. Video length wise & tagged name/code of the current week only 3rd tab-competition period wise folder having all the videos of that period/each competition 4th tab- special sponsors ad space 5th tab- help/FAQ/rules and contacts Require a voting process that our members can cast 'a vote' for our videos - right now I am feeling that we should have Facebook like only count as the vote and need to know how we can stop the voting at a specific time as the closing of the competition and allow the process to start again for the next competition. However, once the concept n the company brand is popular I feel we should then switch back to in-house voting system but that's for future ref. Basically it will be a webpage where our members can upload their videos and have some sort of a voting mechanic which can either be in house or integrated with facebook. I am not sure what are the options available.
