I would like to be part of this job, as I have experience in customer service/technical support (Phone, Chats and Tickets).
About my work experience, I have worked as a Sr. Web Solution Specialist for a web hosting company called Directi (Global) where I helped customers with issues related to their hosting package, domain name, DNS, WordPress etc. The support here was provided using Phone, Chats and Tickets (Zendesk).
I have also worked with Accenture India as a Customer Service Executive for AT&T Internet Support Team. Here my primary responsibility was to resolve internet issues.
I started working as freelancer 2 years ago and have worked on different customer service/technical support related projects.
I currently provide support for a WordPress Theme and Plugin Development company using Freshdesk. I work with them for 2 hours/day. I have a lot of free time, which I can use in this job.
Also my previous experience would be really helpful for your project.
My Additional Skills include :-
Typing Speed : 50wpm.
Qualification : Bachelors in Information Technology (3 Years)
Additional Knowledge : Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Web Hosting, Wordpress, Google Apps, Adsense, Social Media etc.
