I need a secure, 4 level permissions based access system.
Admin, Director, Manager and Dealer are the access levels.
Admin user will manage the system and control what each access level sees.
There will be approx. 70 Dealer access levels and they will have a login code and effectively see information specific to their code.
Administrator will upload a data file on a weekly basis, Dealer will login to the system and view their own specific data lines.
Each line of data will have 2 fields that will need to be populated. Field 1 = Yes or No drop down box. Field 2 = free text.
I have attached some photos to give an idea of the current excel layout we produce with our dealers and a copy of the summary slides of information we need to total up.
