Build a Website

Looking to build a website similar to [login to view URL] , but not as complex, my main aim is as follows 1 . Agents have a log in themselves and update their profile 2. when customers visit the website and would like to post a question, that question will be sent out to all agents on the system and they are able to respond back. 3. when customers visit the website, there should be Tabs showing all the states in Australia, when you click on the tab, for example, NSW all Agents in NSW will show up which will show their name and location, when you client onto their profile it will show a summary of their experiences which they upload themselves. OR if the customer decide not to click on the tab. I want a search engine integrated to Google map, to allow customer to types in their area code/postcode then it will show agents in there area and within 10-30km radius or their choice how far they want to go. [login to view URL] are able to post reviews on the agents profile. 4. Customer is able to send request to agent for a call, agent will get an email notification 5.A monthly payment system put in place for the agent to pay their monthly fee. [login to view URL] - Allow me to amend and update pictures/logo of the front page if possible, Generate reports such as email list of agent using the website, Payments to see who has paid, override agent and block their profile, report to see the number of people clicking on each agents profile, report to see how many request has been sent to each individual agent. 7. once the customer request for agent to call them, I want a small profile with their name, phone number, area code/postcode alongside with their enquiry visible on the agents profile and only the agent and myself can see this as it is confidential. Also on the customers profile I want Tabs to show update such as "Assigned" meaning assigned to agent, "In progress" which means agent is in the process of talking to the client, "closed" which means agent/customer not proceeded with the enquiry or unable to help customer, "won" meaning customer proceeded.
