Build a Website

This is a two part project. We require a rebuild of our web page - and (part 2) the demo that showcases our technology and applications from which we sell. The demo does not need to be 100% working - or even close - for now it needs to be indicative of what the product does. Primarily our concern is that the app and web page looks bleeding edge - using the most current features available for web based, IOS and Android devices. We don't have huge money to spend, quite the opposite. We are working on a shoestring, however, if you earn this opportunity you will also be partnered with us for many years through many projects, some defined now - others to be defined. Years of work. The demo should resemble the web page but we understand that the two are distinctly separated by code and structure. We ultimately want a tablet based (and web based) system. The technology we sell is best used on the desktop or laptop or tablet - as there are many screens and quite a bit of detail on each screen. The program (app) is, of course, database driven - and to that extent, we have a qualified DBA on staff who will be available to the chosen partner. We require an NDA and performance guarantees with financial penalties affixed. We've been burned through outsourcing before - and won't let it happen again. Only verifiable vendors need apply.
