Build a Website

I would like to build Create an easy to use and navigate website to assist future brides, grooms, bridesmaids etc. in the planning of weddings and wedding related website. the Website must be Beautiful and engaging and simple to use. It must also be mobile device (phone/tablet) compatible; have the ability to convert to an app for android and apple in the future. I would like to use my own image for the background of all pages - I can supply. Look of website: • Background – my own image to be supplied • Easy to Navigate • Romantic and Easy to read suite of fonts for - Title, Headings, Sub Headings and Body Text Website Tabs/Sections • Main Page • About • Contact • Blog • Links at top right to social media • Wigdgets • “Our Partners” maybe running down right hand side of page • Video Section • Giveaways/Prizes Section • Breakdown of services and costs • “Wedding Talk” Interview a different supplier every month – showcase their business and interview • Forum • Members section o Documents (in members section) o Special member discounts (in members section) I will be selling a suite of documents from this website so I would like an interface where once payment has registered, documents are sent either by a zip file or they are given a link (I'm not sure which is best) and they are given automatic access to the members area. I would also like a website that I can alter and update as changes will be needed to be made over time. I would also like to have a count down timer in the lead up to the website. ie "Website launching in Four Weeks, Two Days, six hours, 10 mins"... then have a little pop up bar that says something along the lines of "If you would like to be notified when this website becomes live and be part of the Hearts and Arrows Wedding Planning News Letter, Click Here and go in the draw to win ...." If they click on it, it will ask for a name and email address which will be added to the newsletter data base. i'm not sure if this is feasible, but that is what i would like.
