Build a Website

I have some mcuh product data in cvf file, including image url I need someone to import data from csv file into prestashop,1) import the data into prestashop 2) get images by remote url in the data.I'm investgating the way prestashop to imprort image if we use default api of prestashop, it will slow. you should know how to solve the problem 3) translate the psd file to html,and finish the web design
