Build a Website

Please bid the amount you will charge to complete the job !!! I have 2 websites that both use the same site template ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). The only thing that is different is that they have different products listed. One site has office supplies, cleaning supplies, breakroom items and office furniture. The other one sells computer & some office products, consumer electronics, health and beauty products, sports and outdoor items and video games. What I need is a site that will be used as a main site and the visitor can pick with sub domain they would like to visit. I would like to have very large rotating banners that would basically promote the 2 sites. For example office products, cleaning supplies, breakroom items in various large banners and do the same for the other site. In addition, I will need to have all banners recreated to brand that particular site for which it is for. All banners will need to keep the current size and color scheme basically. But done to suite the products that are being sold on that particular site. At the end of the project, I would like to take the sites live so all branding and other graphic works will need to be completed. I need a finished product. Same coloring will need to be used so that the sites all flow and it looks like one website. Rotating banners will need to be in a random order and should be able to be ran on and off or stop a banner from showing in the rotation and even set so that it displays on a certain day and and expires on another day. This should be controlled from admin panel. Once it expires, the banner should no longer show in the rotation. This can be a certain type of banner ad like if there is a special that will be starting on a particular day and ending on another day. That banner will only need to show for that period of time. This can be done in cakephp or any later web design language if it will produce the functionality and desired results needed. Designs will need to be sharp and eye catching and the main site that link both sites will need to be functional and tie into the template in terms of looks and colors etc. Most importantly, the main site will need to load fast. The database used currently is mysql. I need the design of the main site to be seemless. The main site should will only consist of maybe 2 or 3 pages but mostly banners that will be rotating. The other part will be the banners and other graphic works to brand the other 2 sites. Please also create a logo for mangaldirect The banner designs should show visitors a peek of whats on the 2 sub sites. The banner ads that will need to be changed will be on homepage and when you select a main category on the left side of the screen there are other banners also at the bottom (our best picks) that will need to be changed to brand the site.
