I am looking to create a website to cater to our import/export business. The site will have 3 sections; General Public Page, Users Section, Admin Section (with varying levels of access). Our users are required to complete multiple sections to use our service, the site will walk them through each section. I have the rough design concept completed and a good understanding of what I am looking for. Below are some key points and details of the features I would like. 1. Users need to be approved to use the site 2. The site will allow user to upload documents and pictures 3. Live status updates and notifications are required 4. We will require a VIN decoder 5. Users will be able to order Fedex couriers services through the site 6. We will need to be able to accept payment 7. Daily notifications via email and on the site with status updates of active files 8. Each user will be assigned to specific administrators 9. Administrators and Users will be able to communicate through the site and their communications will be specific to each file 10. Mail service for a newsletter feature 11. Database will be required for each user 12. Restricted permissions for Administrators The timeline for the site is aggressive (mid January completion).
