I need a Web site very similar to free lancer
landing page has a hire and fire button
those two page go to a login or register button
for the hire it asks a bunch of questions what you need done where you are located etc. this then is saved to their login information so if they need to post the same job again it is there
when they post a job it needs to link to a credit card payment processor so they can pay for the project.
for the work it just asks you to say a bit about yourself have a phone number email and resume etc. this is saved as their profile so when they offer to take job the employer can look at the profile he created as well as any previous rankings from the jobs he has done.
there would then be a listing page of all the current jobs that the "employers" have posted that have not been completed. the workers could look at and find the jobs they want.
when the worker offers to take a job and the employer accepts then the job is taken off the listing. but the job is now linked in the history of both the worker and the employer. when the job is complete the two parties can review each other to show if they would work with or hire the person again
needs to look like a decent web sit but nothing special
needs to be able to function on a mobil phone
