Build a Website

I want a wordpress website that will represent the security company. The company name is AB Surveillance Systems inc and the telephone number is 917-618-9006. Red and black are the main colors and needs to be used. Along with links to social media sites. The bottom of each page should allow for links to websites such as angie's list, home advisor, yelp for customer reviews The website should be impressive like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and slomins which is in the same industry. I want my number to appear in at least 2 places on each page. The top of the website should have a bar (fixed/locked) with the company name on the left and the menus to the right. Underneath the menu should be a thin sliding banner with nice pictures representing the company services, below that i want boxes with the difference services provided. The boxes should be 2 rows of 5 going across. each box should also allow roll over - picture to text and text to picture if later desired. Services - 1 burglar alarms, 2 VOIP/telephone systems, 3 CCTV/security cameras, 4 Internet Services(ie verizon, cablevision, timewarner), 5 access control, 6 cable infrastructure (design and installation), 7 TV mounting, 8 IT Support, 9 Intercoms and 10 Other). Each box is a link to the page for further explanation on the service selected. The page will need to accommodate for a title followed by up to 3 pictures on 1 row, followed by another title and a larger text field for bulk text.
