I have wireframes done already and now need responsive pages built, using a bootstrap template which includes various elements you can reuse as needed.
Contractor should be well versed in HTML/CSS and their chosen framework, and should be comfortable making minor design decisions. (This is not a design job per se, however some pages need more design work that others.) I will be reachable 12 hours per day, and speed is important for this first release.
Job will include 2 hour paid test where you will walk me through your choices and be able to get live time with me to fully understand job and be in a position to do really good work.
Initial paid 2 hour test must be in US timezone, however beyond the test, any time zone is fine.
