The job basically entails, creating a responsive template built completely with bootstrap and needs to be W3C valid and there should be no Javascript errors.
As this template will be resold, the template would need to be very well documented, all the plugins or images etc used in the them should be licensed properly and should be open for reselling.
Also all the images and logos should be either vectors or high resolution images and should be licensed properly with the ability to being resold.
The website template must be completely responsive and should be made completely with bootstrap.
