Build a Website - With IP Redirect to 2 sites on Magneto

Need someone to transfer our site to a magneto store. We have two stores that redirect to each other based off IP location. Need a wide range of features and plugins. Below is how the site currently runs and how we need it to operate on Magneto. Sausage Dog Central is split up into two main geographical areas that are served. 1. Orders from Europe, N. America and S. America are shipped out of our 3PL packing warehouse in USA (currently this is the [login to view URL] site) 2. Orders from Asia, Africa and Oceania are shipped out of our 3PL packing warehouse in AUS (currently this is the [login to view URL] site) Note that whilst a lot of product lists are the same for these two regions, there are products that are only available in one region and not the other, so they would have to be excluded from the region they are not available in. The function we need this new website to perform is to ensure 100% of the traffic is delivered either the appropriate site (if two websites are going to be used) or to be delivered to the appropriate subdomain within the website to ensure they only see products available in their region (i.e. the same method of redirect used by Ebay and Amazon) Beyond this function, we just need the site to operate the same way it currently does with all the same functions, however load speed must be increased, and also the ability for the website to deal with high spikes in traffic of up to 2,000+ people online at once (as we can get big spikes in traffic some blog posts on our large social media accounts). Currently use cloudlfare and litespeed to serve cached versions of the site. These are the shopping cart integrations that work with OneSaas and Dropstream. OneSaas syncs shopping cart data with 3PL in AUS, and Dropsteam syncs data with 3PL in USA. If we are going to use the same site with subdomains such as how Ebay/Amazon manage redirects, then would have to make sure it is possible to set up 2 connections with the shipping cart (for Dropstream and OneSaas) so that order data can be sent to our packing warehouses based on geo location. - Volusion (recommended to us) - Magento - Woo Commerce - Big Commerce Below is a list of the other functions we currently use on the site and the plugins we use to manage these functions. Would need a new way to perform all of these functions. I have not included simple functions that I know will be available on any platform. The two I have seen that could be good are X Cart and Magento. 1. “Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce” to send emails to customers about abandoned carts 2. “AffiliateWP” so we can have affiliates who can make money from advertising our products 3. “Easy Instagram” to display an Instagram feed of our photos in the doxie dairies page 4. “Follow Us Box” and “Social Count Plus” to have real time social media audience numbers displayed on the site and allow people to follow/like our pages from the website 5. “GeoTargeting Pro” currently manages our geo redirect 6. “MIGS Payment Gateway WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” so that we can offer two forms of payment – PayPal and also Bank Card though “Stripe” 7. “WooCommerce Shipment Tracking” to have tracking information from shipments sent to customers via woo commerce emails
