I need 2 databases, one for the bookings and one for cleaners. both databases will have to be provided. The cleaners database will also have to have information about whether the cleaners' availability, so this means this information will have to be updated somehow either by automation or manually. I'm assuming you already have sources of gathering and updating this information. I see you already have a booking system so I'm already assuming that there is a database for it already. BOOKING PROCESS: once a booking is completed by the user on the website they will be required to make payments using payfast payment gateway. When the payment is successful payfast sends a response to you and the website. The website gets that response code and then only logs and prepares the information to send to the cleaner. The information that gets sent to the cleaners get pulled from the cleaners database based on who is the next available cleaner and also the closes to the customer. The sending of the sms will be automated through an API and also will log the date/time when the sms was sent.
