---I WONT EVEN READ BIDS THAT ARE AUTOMATED, READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING--- RTL Website re-design and responsive. After a month or so of working with diffrent programmers i finally decided to give up on current design and look for a re-design of the website which will include FULL responsive site as well. REQUIREMENTS: DO NOT BID UNLESS YOUVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL. Website is in RTL. Must be fully responsive and PERFECT on all devices, no negotiating on this. Must be aligned and Centered on all devices, when tilted or when normal. Must look modern and resembling to the shape of the site now. Programmer must have proffessional skills in Photoshop - I'm not looking for someone who knows just to code. Must be FLUENT in english and available for communication. I'm a perfectionist, If you can't handle perfection - don't bid! I have ONE week to complete this. Must be very fast as well. Must show me a MOCK UP of website design before starting.
