Build a Website for a convention

We need to urgently create a website for a church convention. It will be based on an old wix website we had. Hosting will be on our linux server. Website must be fully responsive.
1. Pictures and content will be given from us
2. Template must be redesign. Will use same colors and same idea (but differnent look) like the last year convention website. (we will give you access to wix account). You can see it here as well: [login to view URL])
3. We will use most of the pictures used in the old website and we will add some new content (1-2 pages only)
4. Website must have a CMS for changing basic content
5. Allthough we prefer Wordpress, other platforms are also accepted
6. Website must be done within 48 hours.
7. We estimate an amount of work between 10-15 hours
